COMPANY HISTORY
In 1978 Michael Charles started Rooter Master, intending to provide the community with excellent service and customer care at honest pricing. Advanced Trenchless Inc. strives for honest work in our community, and we’ve conducted our business this way for over 4 decades throughout Northern California. After serving thousands of customers to help solve plumbing and drain issues we have never had a complaint with the State Licensing Board or the Better Business Bureau.
We’ve seen the desperate condition of the sewer infrastructure in the Bay Area become a problem and have placed more focus on full-service plumbing and drain repair. We have plenty of influence in our community’s underground sewer repair and replacement industry and continue to strive for improved quality in which all the connected aspects of trenchless work together.
Since the late 90s, we’ve utilized trenchless technologies for cost-effective sewer lateral replacements within our community. Having refined the process into an efficient option to solve common sewer problems.
Michael Charles’s reputation lives on as it has passed onto his son Ryan Charles whose values have grown in the business since his early years to focus on the demand for these deteriorated sewer laterals around our community. As a result, Advanced Trenchless Inc was born, specializing in repair and replacement, along with our division of Sewer Inspections focusing on clients’ needs for video inspection and sewer compliance.
Brothers Ryan Charles & Jordan Bailey have taken the small family business into a large operation that is now helping thousands of clients solve their sewer problems. Our mission remains the same, aiming to provide the best service possible and be around for years to come to standby for our quality work, with honest pricing, and the complete satisfaction of our clients.
